I'm guessing this kit will not do bubble flares?

I could not get this to make any kind of flare that would seal. I returned it and went to a local shop to get lines made

Is a user manual supposed to come with this set? ...and.. where can I get one?

Mine didn't come with one, but I was really just replacing a lost tool so I didn't need one. Youtube is probably your best bet.

How do i bend 5/8 tubing with this?

Use a 5/8” recessed bending break on the bender. Does not come with the kit. You’re better off buying a specific bender for 5/8” lines. Look at fuel line kits.
