OMG wish I bought alot sooner!! 10 weeks PO lipo 360 and this would have been so nice to have day 1. But better late than never.

Just waiting for my husband to ask me what this suspiciously-shaped item on my nightstand is. Anyhow I was actually kinda intimidated by this thing but when you roll it it’s very quiet and not painful, it’s actually more painful when I massage manually without it. So, surprisingly a pretty good find and I imagine I’ll use it regularly while recovering.

For the price I was skeptical, but it really is pretty good. Not soft but not too hard, I'm just careful not to roll too aggressively. I don't think it's the best for rolling difficult areas, but it is fine when you get it figured out for your comfort. I do have mild Lymphedema swelling so that might make a difference in outcome.

I recently had some surgery which caused some swelling in leg and since my therapist uses one during PT, we thought it might be beneficial for me to use one at home while I'm watching TV, and we were right. It is beneficial. It is not the most comfortable thing in town but the end results make it worth using as it does break down quite a bit of the swelling.
