It WORKS not as well as melatonin but it WORKS
After reaching how bad melatonin is for children, I had to find something to help my son settle down at bedtime. 4 drops into a small amount of drink and he doesn't know it's there. I did NOT try the drops directly into his mouth bc 1. It doesn't smell very yummy 2. He refuses to take ANYTHING. I give it 30 minutes before bedtime and within another 30 minutes he's usually asleep or at least settled instead of doing flips all over the bed for 1 to 2 hrs

Awesome product!
So far we love this product. We have tried a few all natural sleep aids for our kids & this one is by far our fav. It’s around the same price as the others but more doses, which is ironic because of how small the bottle is. 😆 the taste is tolerable my kids enjoy it. They have a restful night of sleep- go to bed 10pm wake up around 7:20!

A crunchy mom perspective
These are flower essences.. I make sure to tell my toddler that these are her sleepy drops and what they’re going to do to help her work with the energy. Could it be placebo? Sure. But I also know it helps to keep the intention while using energy medicine. Some are definitely more receptive and you may not even need a cue. I can definitely tell a difference between when we use them and when we don’t. No side effects, doesn’t necessarily keep her asleep longer, but it helps to get her down which is all I can ask for!

It made no difference with my toddler at first but I realized you can double the dose and it works now but have to start it an hour or so before bed.

Natural Sleep Remedy
I have bought bach remedies my entire life and I love them. These remedies work best when they are used repeatedly. If you use it one day and stop then you will not see the results you are looking for. This item does not contain alcohol, as it is for kids. It uses glycerin, making it sweet and child friendly. If you child has trouble sleeping due to restlessness or anxiety, then this product will help quite a bit. Just remember this is a sleep aid and it is not meant to put your child to sleep.

No more fighting bedtime!
We have been struggling with our 2.5 year old for months now at bedtime. It was a whole charade for nearly 2 hours every night to get her in bed and stay in bed before she’d finally pass out at 9pm. We also didn’t love using melatonin because I felt like it made her irritable so I’ve been looking for something that was melatonin free. First night we tried the recommended 4 drops and literally 5 minutes later she asked US to go to bed!! She was calm and cooperative getting ready for bed and pajamas on and didn’t fight us. She wanted to look at books by herself, snuggled for a couple minutes and left without our routine nighttime battle. I was honestly shocked. Was it a fluke? Or perhaps a miracle in a bottle? No idea. Regardless, I’m happy with the results after one night.

Excellent quality, true to size!
These drops have helped my son sleep so much better. He’s a light sleeper and moves a lot, these drops truly help him have better nights. Not perfect, but definitely helpful.
