Does it come with a hose to read the gases concentrations before entering a confined space?

It’s a clip on monitor. You can attach a string an lower it into a space or put it on a stick for a sideways entry. The hose and clip is for calibration, the hose is not for a wand.

Do you know the age of the meter/sensors? (How soon they will need to be replaced). If this is a "new" discontinued product, has the pump been tested?

Normal sensors such as Oxygen and CO have an average use life of two years. We have 21 of the BW units Macro and Mini's that are used frequently and that is our field experience with the unit. The unit is new and I might add unless you have a tech that can make in house repairs and replace the sensor the cost of any Oxygen and or CO sensor can be $100.00 plus the techs time to install and calibrate the unit.
