Nice cushion support
The pads works well with plenty of cushion. The adhesive on the back is difficult to take off sometimes. The adhesive stays on maybe for a couple days. As soon as it gets wet it’s coming off.

Foot pads
These foot pads are wonderful. I have calluses on the bottom of both feet due to scleroderma and rheumatoid arthritis, these pads have make it possible for me to walk on hard surfaces. I would recommend if you need extra padding and support. The only ones I will use. I recommend over gel cushions because gel cushions feel like a rock in your shoe after little while. The felt foot padding stay on the bottom on your feet. The adhesive makes them stay in place.

How to get the backing off
I put the first one on today, but I had to put an elastoplast plus bandage over top because I cannot get the white backing off of the pad. I’m not sure if it will stay on. Otherwise, I think would be great.
