Excelentes pañales funcionan muy bien para adolescentes y adultos de talla pequeña y delgada con enuresis diurna y nocturna, absorven de manera excelente y son muy discretos no se notan ni hacen colita de pato aún mojados, ya pude dormir agusto y confiado de que al dormir no tendría ningún derrame (toda mi vida he mojado la cama ) y así fue, a la segunda noche de usarlos le quite el protector de colchón a mi colchón nuevo, me quedo con estos porque ajustan perfectos. Y hasta de día los puedo usar (solo cuando voy a estar mucho tiempo a fuera o en viajes largos y en el gym ya que con esfuerzos fuertes se me escapa un poco y las toallas no siempre son lo ideal). Ahora respecto la diferencia entre niño y niña no hay mucha salvó el dibujo ya que al final ambos encapsulan el líquido hacia el centro y atrás especialmente si estás acostado.

I am an adult who decided to try these for two reasons. 1.) I have a child with special needs who is not yet 100% toilet trained and 2.) I have very heavy periods and my job does not afford me the luxury of running to the bathroom—I regularly work eight hours without the opportunity to visit the restroom. So, I decided to try these. They are very soft, comfortable, and fairy discreet (under looser clothing, of course). They have not leaked and have been a game changer. However, I did pee in one just to see (for the sake of science 😉) and this is where I knocked off a star. These will not hold more than one urination; they do not lock in smell so you/your child will smell like urine; and urine takes a while to absorb (30+ seconds) and sloshes around.

I love Goodnites, they are the best adult pullups on the market. I weight 130 pounds and they fit me great. They are comfortable, quiet, and practically invisible underneath clothes. That being said, they do not hold enough pee. I wear these because of my OAB and I could get maybe 3 wettings in before they start to leak. I know these are marketed as overnight diapers and not daytime ones, but I would use these so much more if they updated the design to hold more liquid. Also a MAJOR downside, these have zero odor control, like none at all. If you are out in public and pee, everyone is going to smell a faint pee smell. Just saying.

Having accidents can be embarrassing for my daughter, who is 16 and still has frequent accidents at night. It was affecting her confidence, and prior, we were using diapers that would leak constantly. Due to leaking, we used to do laundry (bedding) twice a week. I had tried adult diapers, but they seemed to work for minor incontinence. She sleeps like the dead and wakes up soaking wet every morning, no matter what. She seems to wet several times throughout the night, so it's tough to find a diaper that can handle multiple accidents. A mom friend told me Goodnights had an XL size, so we tried them. AND MAN, they REALLY work. I haven't had to do laundry once for her bedding. She says they are very comfortable. I am ordering the 63-pack next because these are the very best. If they can handle my daughter, I think they can handle anything.

Amazon does a great job on giving a good price for these. The quality was good as expected. Fit prefectly. Leakage rairly happens when using these pullups. You have to be careful when pulling them up becuase the sides do tear a bit easily.Received item on time, overall very pleased.
