This is the third cotton rope basket I have purchased. First, two smaller baskets to act like laundry baskets. My daughter saw them and loved them. She received a similar style and color. Only much larger to hold the plethora of stuffies all over her bedroom floor. (Well, not anymore! We can see the floor. This extra large basket holds an impressive amount of stuffies. These are light enough to haul around the house. I like that they are soft and foldable. They can be flattened and stored away or sit tall, open and proud either empty or full. I even had a full sized Costco towel folded in half and hanging over the edge- and the lip did not fold. The edge stayed up right with nothing inside the basket. They are sturdy and durable. I think these are very attractive and can be stuffed with house warming gifts (the baskets come in all sizes) these can be used for laundry, toys, blankets, storing dog toys, knitting, and they can attractively house a plastic pot for a beautiful house plant. I love the texture, material, feel and how the aesthetic appeal doesn’t diminish their practicality. Great buy. If you wash clothes and put away clothes- this is helpful! If you’re tired of looking at that ugly plastic hamper from Kmart purchased decades ago- you’re due for an upgrade. If you have a big ficus tree in an unattractive plastic pot- this will transform the room. Buy it.

Excellent quality, very nice looking, better than the photo. Be patient when getting it in shape, it won't happen in one day. I stuffed mine with blankets. really stuffed it. Left those in 3 days and it is fine, sturdy, holding shape. I have left it empty for two days to see how it would hold up - perfect, no collapse at all. I keep four over-sized throw blankets, each quite thick in it and a couch pillow on top. Plenty of room! Very pleased with this purchase

Looks real nice sittin in the corner and it holds a good bit of clothes, nice and thick material too, don’t feel cheap at all, but I’ll tell ya right now them creases from when it was folded up ain’t ever gonna come out, tried everything short of ironin it and it still looks a little wrinkled and kinda wobbly even after a couple months of use—but it still does the job and don’t look bad from a few feet back, so I ain’t too mad about it.

I use for my clean laundry to remove from dryer & or line & fold. Very sturdy & perfect size . Also store throw blankets in bedrooms . Have gifted for baby showers to put gifts in instead of gift bags. Because they’re so useful!
