How many hours do you get from these?

I make through NUMEROUS 5 hour weddings on two double A batteries!

Right now i just have a microphone plugged into my mixer and i easily get feedback. If i buy this product will i be better able to control feedback?

Feedback is usually due to putting the gain on the mixer too high. This microphones would have feedback if their dials are to up and the gain on the mixer is high. Not sure which mixer you are using but most mixers usually work well below the 10 o'clock region if you are using a nob or analogue gain.
