will it fill in little holes in brick before grouting ?

First, what a little whole? 1/2”, 1/4”, 1/8”, 1/16” or 1/32” or sewing thread needle? Yes for the needle and 1/32” first time. Others will require multiple coats to build up the coating.

Will this work on an interior fieldstone foundation wall?

I used the product on exterior brick and I believe that it would work well on interior fieldstone

Is this a matte finish?

It is a matte finish. Very good product.

Can this be used on a rubber membrane?

I never tried like that. Only used on masonry.
