I was excited about installing these micro links; however, the links to 20 strands were so small I was unable to pull a extremely small segment of my hair through. Additionally, the plastic hooks had a hard time pulling through the links, as a result, broke during the process. The hair, however, is soft, lack a smell, and is not too thin.

It was clean but I gave her a good wash anyway. No smells. I barely had shedding. Easy to keep moisturized. A few tangles here and there but it's not enough to think about every day. It wears well. This particular link is not heavy in the slightest but if you have extremely short hair, considered removing your links when washing, then reinstalling them. Although small, they can become too heavy for the follicles to hold when wet because you are placing such a small amount of hair in each link. And that is the farthest thing from your purpose, look or goal.Also, even with short hair, moisturize and blow-dry your hair before installation. Careful around the forehead, temple and nape. This should not be painful or cause irritation. Finally, and to my surprise, my hair grew faster than before. I'm happy. If it's a micro link you're looking for or want a good experience from the start. Try this one first.Now to the company, seller, and or wholesaler... The product is great but you should consider placing a sleeping silk cap, and at least two large clips along with links. An incentive and something that seems complete and thoughtful for your buyer. Hair quality is great so far but I’m Missing 41 strands of hair out of a pack which suppose to be 100..I ordered 3 packs and each suppose to have 100 strands. 2 out of the 3 packs had 100 and 1 pack only had 59. No matter what brand microlinks I’ve purchased I’ve always used 290+ strands. I would like the rest of my strands delivered to me or I will have an incomplete style…there’s no way I spent $218.28 and missing strands

My client has had these installed now for three months. The install was very easy, the beeds did not change to a silver showing the metal of the microbead after clamping down with the lux tool. She just came in today for a move up and I am happy to saw only 4 needed rebeading and there was not any breakage of the hair some shedding but that is completely normal plus it was her own hair not any that we could tell from the beads. SHe uses a wide comb to come throu the extentions and applies friz eaz to them after showing and she said it works wonders. She is in love and is ordering more this is the first time in my experience that the beads did not show metal so for that and the feel of the links after three months I recommend you buy well worth the investmetn

Updated after using the second half of the pack. Out of 50 pieces, 4 had to small of holes to pull hair through and 2 wouldn't stick no matter how tightened. In about 2 weeks of wear, I have already had 4 of them slip and need to be reapplied, except the 4th one wouldn't open back up enough to reapply. I'm really disappointed. I believe all of these bad ones are from 1 of the 4 bundles.Update 2: this second batch has had more slippage than I’ve ever had with micro-ring. It’s a shame because I love the hair, just struggling with the micro-rings being sub par. I’m guessing all of the bad rings are from one of the 4 bundles.--------First i bleached part of the hair. When I did, the water was yellow on rinsing signaling this hair is dyed or treated with something weird.I dyed it orange and it colored and held just like my real hair.I used HALF a pack (50 loops) and it gave me a full head. A few of the loops broke pulling my hair through and i had to buy a tool.Length wise, usually the majority of the hair is the length listed, here the majority I'd the hair was about 12" and the 5 longest strands in each loop were 14". This caused a slight problem in that the extensions got a LOT thinner right around where my hair ended. Be careful and factor that in.The curl pattern was fabulous! The hair looked natural. Because if the excessive "layering" combined with curls the hair was itchy on my neck.Overall, i like the hair for the curl pattern but would look to see if another brand was thicker at the ends.

This product is great, but the loops can easily break. So if you buy this product buy some stron loops separately. Luckily I had kept loops from previous orders of hair. It worked perfectly

I got the curly texture and although the hair was sort of was very thin. Ends very thin. Also I was sent 16 inch but I ordered and paid for 18. I did get that one replaced but decided to just send them all back because I didn't think they'd be worth trying to install.
