Okay so this is not a “slimming” pill, I hate that it’s marketed that way. Get ready for TMI...I had a hysterectomy, and a bladder and rectal repair two years ago. I have been unable to go number 2 regularly or at all in the last 2 years! (Sometimes for 7 days in a row). I have taken these pills (suggested by a friend) for the past two weeks and I have gone like a “normal person”. Used as directed. Unbelievable!! I have tried everything! No joke, everything!! Nothing has worked! I have gone to extremes to try to “go”, you would be shocked! This was literally my last resort. No diarrhea or loose stools, just normal 2’s. I am hoping that this continues to work! I have seen some reviews that it stops working after a month or two, I’m hoping it stays the same. Just my experience, I hope it helps! 😬

After the first week: hunger is reduced, caffeine effect is obvious but not to the point of being nervously hopped up, digestive process is accelerating (going faster and more loose). So while it is only week 1, I can see where this supliment could assist one to eat less, have the food stay in one's digestive track less and exercize more. Normally I drink tea, not coffee. Tea is a gentle, longer up and down wheras coffee is a jolt, quick spike up and down. This caffeine effect is gradual and lasts all day. You take one at breakfast and one with lunch. I think they intend for one to wind down before bed. So you are not supposed to take it with dinner.

I suffer from Crohn's/IBS, which has led me to some pretty bad blood issues and other serious underlaying conditions. Crohn's meds are very scary in the fact that they are immune-modulators, and honestly, I don't feel they've not done anything for me. I bought probioslim (first bottle from double-u Mart) to mainly use as a probiotic. Here's what I've found out using it after 15 days of using it, a week off and now a week back to using. In the 15 days, without any exercise or change in diet, I lost 6 pounds and gained a lot of regularity. Towards the end of those 15 days I started to develop shaky hands, some trembling and muscle cramping (unfocused, it was everywhere, legs, hands, feet, chest and arms). After a few days of not using the product the shaky hands, trembming and muscle cramping ceased and after the week IBS was againing winning for most trips to the bathroom out of anyone around and I didn't gain any weight back. Now a week back to sing the probioslim product, no more weight loss, and all those side effects, back too. Just wanted to see if it was the product. I am stopping this product. Oh, before I leave, you must consume mega amounts of water while using this product, I did find that the cramps decreased in intensity more than frequency when I increased water intake.

I didn’t know it has caffeine and I’m sensitive to it and got a headache if it took it. It does help curb appetite and hence helped me lose weight. Too bad I couldn’t keep taking it!

I suffered with ulcerative colitis and was put on Lialda by my gastroenterologist. I had to have my blood checked quarterly to make sure there was no liver problems. A month's perscription was $600.00...fortunately, I had good insurance. I never got back to normal on this medication and the doc wanted to try something sronger. Though I had tried probiotics in the past, I didn't seem to get much help from them. I saw ProbioSlim and saw that it had a weight loss piece to it and thought I would give it a try. Though I never experienced any weight loss using this, within two days, I saw that my bowl movements started to lessen and become "normal". I quit the Lialda and found that I was experieincing normal bowel movements with less frequency since I started this product. I don't know if others would have the same results, but it sure made a difference for me.

I take this after breakfast and lunch as directed. It does help to keep things moving and eliminate that bloated feeling. I’m a cancer survivor and still taking maintenance meds that are notoriously griped on for causing weight gain and or making it difficult to lose weight. I work out several times a week, drinks lots of water, participate in Weight Watchers and I have lost 20lbs in a about 3 months. Like I said- it’s not a miracle pill but I believe it helps as an addition to a regimen
