Product is great for small ponds and working as intended, only downside is the plug need to be manually assembled. I've had no issues doing it but someone who isn't comfortable with wiring electric wire might face issues.

After few weeks, the pump stopped working.

Very weak pump
Very wimpy pump with very little strength. Using it to water balcony plants, but it only has the ability to push the water to about 4 or 5 pots. I tried elevating the water source and pump, but that makes little difference.

Damage Item
Received the sump pump with a damaged 2 pin socket. The pin is missing and detached from the cable wire.

Silent operation and reliable
The pump now comes with a cable and fused two pin plug.Very convenient to connect. We are using it as the pump for our garden fountain.Very happy with the product.

Excellent water pump for fish pond. Less power consumption and low noise level. Lightweight and looks sturdy.

It's not maintanence free
Product works for 6 months without maintenance, then need to replace rotor assembly which cost 200+, customer service told need to oiling every 15days or month,, but this is big issue as u need to disconnect installation piping and then dismantle the pump and install it back which is tricky and time consuming. Not worth i u want hassle free experience
