Easy to grip and attractive
The D-grip feels more secure in my hand, which makes these great for high rep exercises and aerobic routines. And I love the color, which shouldn't matter, but kind of does.

Perfect for holding during walks
Bought the 2 lb. set as a Valentines Day gift for my girlfriend. She holds them while taking long walks to help with arm strengthening. They fit comfortably in her hands (mine too). Their compact design makes them easier to stack and store then traditional dumbbells. I may buy a set of slightly heavier ones for myself. Great item.

Comfortable hand weights
I got a set of these a few months ago and love them. They are comfortable in your hand, even when wearing mittens. I've noticed a difference in the definition of my upper arms, just from using them while walking every day. Am purchasing a heavier set now, too, so I have a choice. My hubby jokes that I don't really need to take my dog for protection on walks as these would probably really hurt if someone got clobbered with them! :)Love them!

Great shape and easy and comfortable to use.
Love the design and easy to use. My doctor wanted me to do some arm exercises because I have chronic dizziness and can't to much of anything. I use a Desk Cycle but I need something for my arms. I do have some hand weights that are shaped differently and are not as comfortable to work with. Bought these and love them. Will buy more when I need to move up to heavier weights.
