Great!!!
**Update** After contacting the seller, they quickly sent the charger at no cost. Love this thing! Extra use for parents of babies: turn it on low and set it in the floor in front of your kid. It’ll bounce around and encourage crawling if yours is like mine. You’re welcome. I love this massager, but it didn’t come with a charger. I have SI joint and piriformis issues, I received it last night and instantly tried it out. After ten minutes the muscle relaxed enough that I could fall asleep and not hurt! If the manufacturer will send me a charging cord I’ll update the review and add stars, because it seems like 5 star quality!

Awesome massage Balls
Awesome Very strong massage ball I bought them for my plantar fasciitis easy to charge I have the 3” & 2 “ both work great the 3” is stronger massage than the 2” both are very soft outside easy to wipe off with a cloth. My foot feels better after I use them.

Odd, but good!
Ok, my massage therapist has a different brand, and I liked it, so was going to get it. But I saw this lower priced one and my brother bought one for himself and for me. I sit with it between my back and the chair back, kind of letting it stick out to the side a bit, and then switch sides. Same with my neck. It can go under my hamstrings or anywhere, and it really relieves the tension and discomfort. I use it on my feet, too, and I roll it up and down my arms and legs. The downside is that it takes a really strong hand to turn it on and off. I mean Really Strong. I use a knuckle, or something with a round head that fits the circle. You have to press super hard for several seconds. I also put it in one side of it's box to hold it still enough to use the switch, since It tries to roll away. But I like it; it helps me with aches and pains, and I am so glad I got it.

Expensive and sadly unreliable
This ball was recommended by my occupational therapist to help soften an area of lymphodema. It was easy to use after I got the hang of turning it on and off, which is a little tricky. I was using it for several mnutes in the morning, and several minutes before bed. Sadly, yesterday it started to feel sluggish and not vibrate very effectively. This morning, after being on its charger overnight, it would not turn on at all. An expensive, frustrating, and disappointing end to the massage ball saga. Since it's outside the 30-day free return, I'll just frown and move on, I guess. On the plus side, I have one of those percussive massage guns that I bought at Five Below for about 30% of what this unreliable ball cost me, and produces much the same result. UPDATE: It is not too late to return it for a refund! Done! Still bummed it didn't work out.

Feels great
I really like the vibrating feel when I’m having issues with planter f. It allows me to roll my foot and get a deep massage. As a man I don’t always read direction so I found out by accident that it has multiple vibrating options. I’m not able to tolerate the strongest setting. But I really don’t need as it works great. The best feature to me is the draw string bag for storage/carrying.

I love it .. I
I love that the charging port is almost hidden. It has a nice sleek look to it. It has several modes. Hold the top button down until it buzzes. Then press the power button to changes modes, press and hold to turn off. I don't understand people that insist on a USB port and a phone jack...

2 stars because it turned on and can rotate through settings
Wish I returned this but I didn't try it until the day before the last day to return. Vibrations uncomfortably strong, tickled feet and to my partner's lament I don't have ticklish feet. Too large to pinpoint pressure like I do with a lacrosse ball, so not even useful when it's off. Really the vibrations make it so that if you're using it against a floor or wall, it wants to move on it's own and juts out from under you - can't keep it in place without holding it in place with your hand, it wants badly and unstoppably to move in random directions. Worst is that I've gotten foot cramps after trying to use, and no positive or negative effect on other sore spots. Closer to a cat toy than a useful tool, and one of my biggest disappointments from amazon, as I had had my eye on this for over a year and could certainly use a massage tool like I was hoping this would be. I can try to resell or pass it on to a friend but I wouldn't want to do that to a friend.

Works, decent run time, proprietary cable
This massage ball is much like a vibrating lacrosse ball, which if you have had physical therapy you may have used. It's got a comfortable rubber coating over a reasonably solid ball, about the size of a baseball. It's the right size for getting into muscles & joints. Plus: vibrates well, albeit needing recharging after several sessions. I would like more "vibration" but that's personal taste. Con: VERY hard to turn on. Seriously. If you have arthritic fingers, you won't like it! Plus: Comes with cable Con: It's ridiculous to use a proprietary cable in 2020+. Yes, it's USB but on ONE end. The other is a proprietary audio-plug like end. Good grief. Lose cable, good luck replacing. So I give it 3 stars: not expensive, works, comfortable, but hard to turn on and you better not lose the cable.
