Hard to operate
I frankly did not manage to sharpen my knives with it. I trust the brand, so I must be doing something wrong.

Does a Decent Job
A good basic knife sharpner with two settings and a solid handle. The results are good rather than brilliant. My knives are decent quality (Zwilling) and this does get them nice and sharp. It doesnt however get them so sharp that I can effortlessly strips of newspaper as Zwilling claims in its YouTube video. No complaints though as I want to cut onions not newspaper and it easily gets my knives sharp enough for the kitchen.
