Q: Will these pads work on a 1 inch shoulder bag strap and stay in place?

I have one on an over the shoulder bag with a 1 1/2" nylon strap. It will work with smaller and larger straps, probably as large as 2". The Velcro closure secures it on the strap, although it will move along the strap. It is very comfortable. I don't know what is meant by, "stay in place".

Q: Could you use these on bra straps?

They’d be too thick for bra straps; and possibly too long? They’re more suitable for larger handles for bags and or straps like guitar slings
