Are the inks acid free? Can I use them for scrapbooks?

Yes the oxide distress inks are acid free , water-reactive dye and pigment ink. You definitely can use it for scrapbooks.

Are these the small ones or larger? one description says 6 x 4 x 6 and on same page it says 3 x 3.

This is 3 x 3 and the actual pad inside is about 2 x 2 inches. This pad is considered the large pad in this particular brand. They also make a smaller pad which I do not have but would guess pad size is more like 1 x 1.

Can these oxide inks be fired on ceramics?

I honestly do not know I am sorry. But try ranger web site or Tim Holtz web site I am sure you can get a correct answers from them. I would be interested to know the answers, Good Luck!!!

Are these supposed to be mostly dry? Can you add water to revive or best to return?

Oh no they ard juicy. Definitely return it if it’s dry. You can but refills for the ink too if you want to keep it. Do not add water!!
