Good vitamins
My 13 year old son has been taking these for months now. It was unusual for him to have to chew tablets but he got used to eat pretty quickly. He likes the taste and size is good. I find these are value for money eu and easy to use.

Disgusting - not child friendly
Nasty hard tablets that could easily be mistaken for aspirin. I would not encourage a child to accept this design of pill. The flavour is bitter and chalky. As an adult I wanted to spit the thing out and shout YUK! This is an unacceptable product for children and even adults.

Tasty chew tabs
I am an adult (big kid) using these tablets as they taste nice and I like chewable tablets. I am more likely to be compliant with taking them if I enjoy them. I hope they will boost my vitamin D levels (I am Vit D insufficient) if I take a daily maintenance dose of 1000units/day. Been taking them for a month and feel better - more energetic and less achey. Must be helping.
