Does it have any other modes ? What is run time in a lower mode? And what are the lumens?

The modes are H, M & L. The unit is 600 L and I believe the company claims to have a 10 hrs life in H mode. I use it for wk in M mode in a 8 hr shift (I'm an auto technician aka mechanic) and this is the best headlamp I ever used. I end up buy a 2nd one for my early am runs, you won't be disappointed.

Is this genuine? Too many fakes now !

Yes and it has the name on the light it self. It comes with two head band one is to put on a hard hat the other is for your head. It’s a good light

How long to fully charge? After 4.5 hours on the charger, still red light, no green.

I leave mine on a 110 wall outlet that has a usb charger in the kitchen and it takes no longer than 2 hrs . I’ve never ran the battery fully down and used it for hours as well.

is the band material a rubber or fabric?

It’s an elastic fabric. The light and battery come off easily to transfer to hard hat or helmet.
