Good and easy
These beets are easy to prepare....just open and dump into a bowl. I usually slice or dice them. The only thing wrong is that there is very little juice, but I find if they sit for a while with half a cup of water on them the juice will draw out of the beets. Still very little to use for pickled eggs, but by dissolving powered beet in hot water I can get more liquid. Still not much work involved. The flavor is just that of earthy beets. The price is affordable, compared to the cost of four beets in a grocery. The convenience can't be beet (pun intended). :) The only reason for one dropped star is that I have occasionally gotten a bad beet in a package....or a beet with a pretty bad spot on it that I have to discard. Only now-and-then, though and this is not enough of a problem to make me stop purchasing this product.

What a find --- super!
Pkg arrived yesterday -- made salad listed -- lunch today. Wonderful no work for me beets were tender but still intact just as i like them. Canned beets are so hard to find fresh are too much work will keep them on my grocery list.
