well i believe vitamins work on a micro level so i definitely feel like they do something but they certainly wont stop you getting ill, however the illness may no be as intense as it would be without them, i work nights so its extra important to get multivitamins in. the gummy a very nice they taste like really strong strawberry sweets. they are very easy to chew ao i would say vita well is a solid brand

Easy to take gummies , a bit sickly sweet but probably as i dont eat much sugar or sweet things but hopefully all the necessary vits i need are in them , wanted to avoid Folic Acid so that was reason went for these , happy with purchase for money

A great all round multivitamin. They're not too big in size, similar to a stardust. They're soft and chewable if that's what you prefer but most importantly they taste great! Obviously keep out of reach of children as they will just look and taste like sweets. Recommended!
