Libro accattivante ma andrebbe aggiornato.
Non è completo, ed oggi è ampiamente sorpassato per le quotazioni. Resta comunque molto bello da sfogliare per riscoprire attraverso tantissime foto i giocattoli anni 80.

Great book on specific time period for collectors
Written about 10 years after the decade of the 80's, this book is useful for collectors of action figures form the 1980s. Although GI Joe and Star Wars are better covered elsewhere, there is really no other good published guide to some toy lines and specifically the action figures from He-Man, Ninja Turtles, Super Powers, Secret Wars, Cops and many others. Now, over 20 years after publication, the prices listed in this guide are not consistent with what collectors should expect to pay to buy or to sell these figures. I also wish it had more photos showing the full line of some of my favorite brands. I think the transformers could have been left out, along with the bendees (like wrestlers). I never thought of either line as examples of articulated action figures, but I am sure others would disagree. All said, this is a useful volume to add to your action figure library.

Fun to browse through
I bought this as a gift for my toy collector friend, and he loved it. It goes without saying that these old “price guides” are not worth buying for any pricing information whatsoever- but they’re incredibly fun to browse through!
