Whats the biggest size to fit in the shoe compartment? Could it fit a mens 15?

No a size 15 would not fit. My husband's shoes are a size 12 and when you slide those in the compartment on the side it takes up a lot of the gym space bag but basically that's what he uses it for just to put his gym gear in it.

How big is the wet pocket? Can I store a wet towel and swimsuit?
