Straws - I’m a big fan, I use one for the majority of my daily liquid consumption but I started to feel bad about the unnecessary waste that comes with single use and the internet has officially convinced me microplastics are basically the new cigarettes so they gotta go … but before I made my healthcare decisions via TikTok I tried the reusable plastic straw. But sadly while the colors are fun I found they quickly get gross and easily scratched up. Next I tried paper straws and well, just … sigh … it’s time for us as a society to admit paper straws are TERRIBLE & we all hate them - It was a noble effort but they are a failure (sorry Marvin Chester Stone) then I gave metal straws a shot but after they froze to my lip every time I used ice they went in the trash. Frustrated and missing the first few layers of skin from my lips I said “screw the earth” & purchased approximately 5,000 single use straws, Costco style. But my guilt came roaring back shortly after when an article about garbage island mysteriously appeared in my daily feed & made me feel like the newest marvel bad guy who was destined to destroy the world using single use plastics. Then, the magic day arrived when I came across these. So I’ll admit at first I, like most of you, thought “Well this seems like a really dumb idea” but I gave them a shot anyway & I am thrilled to admit I was wrong, my search is over & these are the winners! They don’t feel fragile at all, I aggressively mix my coffee with large ice cubes in a heavy glass every morning, I toss them in the sink, I’ve even dropped them a couple of times & they still look brand new. They are a bit wider than the average straw, but thinner than a boba straw - it’s the perfect width to easily clean and a huge bonus there is no trying to look through the small opening awkwardly with one eye closed trying to see if there is any left over gunk from that smoothie last Tuesday. Yes this is an absurdly long overly detailed review for straws but the edible just kicked in & I have too much time on my hands ok? …get off my back, I just really like these straws 😉

I'm actually not much of a straw user, but I bought these (and also silicone ones and stainless steel ones) so that my guests could have a good choice of straws if they wanted to use straws. I chose these because they're made with a stronger, German glass than other glass straws!!! I love to have quality things like that, it's worth it to me because these straws are less likely to break due to the high quality glass. The containers are a good idea for me, since my straws were taking up space in my flatware organizer tray, and I wanted to use the space for other things, such as "sporks." I love having all my straws together and protected in one place, and that in turn means I'm more likely to try out the straws myself, and maybe become a straw user. I can see myself, after getting used to using straws, choosing these glass ones because they're the most inert, and they're also so beautiful and clean looking, a great aesthetic for beverages. Love them and am glad I got them!!!

Flawless. Bought it over a year ago, wand we actually use it everyday, it never broke or even chipped. Also truly easy to clean: after using, we just give it a good rinse, and put it vertically in the dishwasher. In the rare event of them not coming out of the dishwasher perfectly clean, the scrub that comes with it takes literally 5 seconds to leave it spotless every single time. 10/10 recommend.

I carry my reusable straws with me pretty much everywhere. I love that these are made of sturdy glass that I can see through so I know when they're clean, while still being safe in my purse. I have carried these straws for a LONG time and never once has one of them broken. I usually lose them when I forget to grab them as we're leaving a restaurant or something, but in over 6 years, I've only lost 3 which is impressive. I recently ordered more though since my original box only had 4 to begin with. These are good quality, size and height for everyday use, and the price is very reasonable. I also appreciate the ecofriendly-ness of glass vs. some other options. If you are nervous about them breaking, truly, I've never lost one to breakage, so I would HIGHLY recommend these for use at home or away!

I open the package and it's the perfect size. The straw is just a little smaller in width than what you would get at a boba shop. Solid make and completely glass. Would buy again

Glass straws that work well and don’t break like the bad ones. These have held up well through all my iced coffees and rounds in the dishwasher.
