Does it help shrink the hemorrhoids?

This is the best creme I have found that helps hemorroids. It helps with the pain and itching, and I believe it does shrink the hemorrhoids. It works better than anything else I've tried and it's the only creme I will use.

does this product contain lidocaine?

Not that I am aware of. I like it over any other product on the market. Works great and relieves quickly.
