I got this as a Christmas gift, it’s been great! The thickness is nice, allows me to feel more stable when stretching. I’ve been using it to stretch my whole pregnancy and it’s been great on my ever growing body.

I do love how thick this yoga mat is. However, I found the material is very easily damaged. Not a huge deal if you will be using inside primarily and have no pets around. My dog walked on it and was able to pierce through the foam leaving a whole. I still use it was I wish it was better quality. It did also come without the strap shown but reaching out to the company resolved that quickly. That got a strap in the mail to be within the week. It is soft and nice to use for my workouts. Very supportive and slip resistant. Just wish it was a slightly better quality for my money.

This May is amazing! I’ve been using a thinner mat for quite a while. Since I have developed some back issues I decided to get thicker one. This 1” mat is really cushioning and I can do my exercises with ease!

I have had this a while and it is great!! Love the strap to bring on the go had back surgery so I wanted a thicker pad and this is perfect!!

Ive had it for about a year. Pros: - very cushioned -long Cons: -stretches when you do certain poses so you may lose balance. - fingers/toes may get caught on surface material which rips the surface. -mat is starting to break down, so now I have these little foam bits stuck to my pants and all over my floor. It's a decent mat at first, but it will not last long.
