Gets the job done and allows me to run spreadsheets, touch-up photos, play videos, etc with no problems. An older design but still gives you a very good bang for your buck.

Great little Graphic board for the price. If you are doing hard core games, creating animations, and CAD this card would be challenged but for internet, email, and office type operations it works great.

Bought two of these to upgrade a pair of AsRock G41C-GS R2.0 motherboards. Word on the street was that these 'boards were not compatible with Windows 10 because there were no drivers for the on board video in Windows 10. You will have to verify that part for yourself as necessary. There ARE drivers for these video cards for Windows 10. One plus with a dedicated video adapter is that ALL of your RAM is now available to the operating system. You no longer share some if it with the onboard video processor. Installation is simple. Shut the PC down. Unplug power cord and other cables from back of PC. Open the case. If you are replacing an existing video card, remove that card. Install the video card in a PCIe 8 or PCI16 slot. Close the case. Reconnect all of your cords and cables. (You can skip the next step, if you are just replacing another PCIe video card.) Power the PC up and hit the DLT, F1, or whichever other key your motherboard uses to access the system bios. Navigate to the setting where you can select which video type should be the default. Change the default video type to PCIe. That is the only "tricky" part of the installation. If you run into difficulties consult with customer service for your motherboard or the system manufacturer. If windows does not find new hardware and install the appropriate drivers for you, you can go to the NVIDIA website and download the appropriate driver as an executable program and manually install the drivers. Have had these running Windows 7 for over a year and Windows 10 for the past 2 weeks without any issues at all.

You have to go to the Gigabyte website to download and install drivers for this device. THAT SAID, the pc that I installed it in has a Gigabyte main board with no video built in, it was using a low-budget card that suffered from jitters (brief pauses in playback about once every two seconds) even with lower resolution settings. I have this one connected to a 55" Sony tv, set at 1080p, no other tweaks, and the video playback and appearance is flawless. What an improvement! I would recommend this to anyone having video issues.

This is the third one of these that I've purchased and so you know I'm a fan. Speaking of fan: The first one of these guys failed after the fan went out (stopped spinning) so I bought another one - which is currently in my old school Windows 10 rig. So far, it has WAY outperformed the first one. It's been in my system for YEARS now. But, it's getting old and so I thought I should buy a replacement just in case. So the current one that I just bought from Amazon is on the shelf until I need it. To let you know, I'm not a big time gamer. I do play a game on the internet but it's not like I'm playing a first person shooter or anything like that. It's a very slow paced HTML5 "city building" game. It puts a little stress on the video hardware but not a lot. Other than that, I'm just Word, email, searches and ordering stuff off of Amazon 🙂 It's low-impact for a video card.

I have over 10 years old HP desktop that I wanted to set up with dual monitor. Well, when I was adjusting order of the monitors, the old intel video onboard couldn't handle it. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on vintage PC, and this card was a good candidate. I installed it and now I'm enjoying my dual monitor setup every day

Download the drivers and get warning that this version of windows does not support this card. Working on Win 11 but for how long ?

I bought this for a Dell 7920 Server because I needed a separate main display just for Proxmox. You cant GPU passthrough the same graphics card as the primary one that proxmox uses. I just wanted the cheapest modern card I could find and this was the one with next day shipping. For my basic use this card works great. I would never buy it for gaming though. In 2025 the lowest nvidia card I get would have to be a 3070 or 3080. If your case can only fit a single slot then consider a used Quadro card or something like that.

Got it for 3700rs, I have core 2 duo, 6gb ram, and this. I can run games like :Mgs phantom pain Farcry 3, just cause 2, tomb raider 2013, Marvel vs capcom 3, ps2 games on emulator and Many more games till 2015 smoothly! Easy to install, worthy product from my point of view and needs

A la recherche d'une carte graphique PCIE 16x je me suis tourné vers celle-ci. Sauf que si c'est indiqué PCIEx16 en 2.0, il s'agit réellement d'une x8 uniquement. Ayant une carte mètre PCIE 16x en 1.0 je ne bénéficie pas du débit du 2.0 mais une version 16x aurait été plus rapide je pense. Il y a plusieurs vendeurs de ce type de carte moins chers. J'ai choisi celui là pour cette description avantageuse...dommage ! De plus, L'emballage de la carte était bizarre avec l'autocollant de fermeture recollé avec l'ancien emplacement déchiré... Cela masquerait-il un produit reconditionné déguisé ? Cerise sur le gâteau, je n'ai pas pu vérifier je gain apportée par cette carte par rapport à celle pluguée sur ma carte mère (nForce) par contre j'ai eu des plantages très fréquents dès le départ avec les drivers à jour. Je suis revenu à des drivers plus anciens (sur le CD) et cela à l'air de se stabiliser... Je ne peux pas dire que je suis satisfait de ce produit pour le moment mais je met une mauvaise note pour les désagréments liés à l'achat.

Dovendo sostituire la mia, ormai vecchia, scheda video ATI Radeon HD6570 della quale non venivano più rilasciati driver aggiornati, anche se svolgeva ancora discretamente il suo lavoro, mi sono orientato, su consiglio di un esperto di videogiochi su questa scheda che, pur non essendo il massimo per i videogiochi, è molto più fluida della precedente e...ad un prezzo onesto!
