The Netflix, Hulu, and Prime buttons don’t work. How can get them synced?

When I got my remote the prime, Netflix, Samsung tv plus buttons were already working and didn't have to program it. Try changing batteries, if not get a replacement. Your remote supposed to work as soon as you put in batteries.
