Got this for my wife's morning sickness.. Excellent product but has a bit of a nasty taste to It, but easy to get used to.

Nice mint almost disguising the medicine. Better than chemical “ natural flavors“

Excellent source of b6 since some ppl can't even absorb the product. (BET you didn't know that) that's right some ppl can't absorb b6 , you gotta take a blood test to find out..And frankly, I'm not wasting time or money. So I went this route as likely the sure fire way to get it in. This kind is formulated differently the. All the rest, so you can absorb it. I bought for morning sickness, not sure if the B6 mixed chelated magnesium helped or if I just got lucky this time around Cuz I barely have any. The taste doesn't bother me but if you are having extreme morning sickness, it could bother you, if that's the case just swallow them whole. This is the thing, usually for these to be effective you have to start early before you find out. For example I was chelated magnesium high doses 6 months before I was preggers. So I didn't know about b6, until I knew I was pregnant, which was a few weeks before the test, still late. But again, I had some time to get them in my system since my morning sickness didn't hit until 6-7 weeks. Just give them a try if you are sick, if things don't improve by 5th week, they probably won't. And tell your doc you are taking Cuz I think there's a time limit on how long..
