I'm learning new things on my life change and this item was one of my new toy's to play with . This item did the job. Great tool for new hobby ladies.

This engraver is really good. I spent the $80 to have a Culiau last year for my birthday. It took forever to get it & then over the course of 6 months, they replaced it 3x. I babied that thing & it was junk. They refunded me only $20 & I still have 3 Culiau engravers that don't work sitting here. I used that $20 towards this one and here I am, still kicking butt with it. No issues whatsoever & it has more features. I like that it shows how much charge is left. Also, I love that it shows how much power is being used & if I'm overheating it. Artists have a tendency to get into a frenzy when we're working. It allows me to keep it safe from overuse. The bits aren't really great & as cheap as diamond bits are, they really should include them instead, but I would purchase this again if necessary. It's already outlived every Culiau I got. Update: December, 2024 This engraver is still going strong. I stand firmly against Culiau, their device and their customer service.

I bought two small inscribers. I actually prefer the other model over this one for having a button that I press to turn it on when i'm actually inscribing, it makes the battery last a bit longer. However the ability to be recharged makes this the superior device by far. My biggest complaint is the bits. The bits look like they would be good for shallow designs, but they are not very good for deeper writing. The other units had much better ball bits for writing, so I ended up using those bits with this device and I am very happy.

This is a handy little engraving pen for small crafts. It comes with 35 bits and is rechargeable. This is not for heavy duty big projects. This is more designed for small detail work. Make sure it's fully charged to get the full benefit.

Does work as well as I hoped.

This little engraver is worth buying. It does not make a lot of noise and it's real easy to use. It works well, and it's great value for your money

I got this engraver for touching up 3D prints. You know, polishing off little imperfections here and there. Just know that I’m working with soft plastic here, not wood or metal. This thing, even on its most “powerful” setting bogs down to the point it just stops. It doesn’t even have the power to sand down a little plastic nub. I can’t even the imagine the folks buying this for legitimate etching or wood engraving. Further, one of the tips literally crumbled apart. Not snapped, not cracked - crumbled, like wet chalk. This seems like a great way to get hurt. Anyway, I cannot recommend this for any reason. This item is a master class in the old adage “buy it nice or buy it twice.” I’ll be buying something nice.
