RIGID HITCH INCORPORATED Pair of Trailer Bearing Repair Kits for 1-1/16 Inch Straight Spindles

Fits perfectly on a Carry-On 3.5’x5’ trailer bought from Lowes. The original dust cap kept popping off and eventually caused the bearings to fail (see the picture). This replacement was an exact match for all the original pieces. It’s been two weeks since replacement and a few hundred miles driven and so far the bearings still feel great.Was a long job for someone who’s never done this repair before, but it was a pretty easy repair and saved us a ton of money.

Works as advertised.

Used on a Carry-On trailer bought from TSC using a Dexter straight axle. I didnt want to pay the insane per-side price that Carry-On charges at TSC at around $50 ($100). Local bearing place wanted even more at $78 per side ($156).This fit right on, bearings felt of good quality, and had all of the parts needed (minus the oil seals, which is a shame because this kit has nice ones). Slapped these in with red hi-temp and immediately took it on a 1100mi fully loaded trip.Held up great and didnt overheat. Couldnt ask for more. I bought a second set because all of the naysayers had me a bit worried, and will be glad to say I wont need them for another year.

Excellent value. Components are standard bearings and races which are readily availability locally - but really nice to be all kitted up at a very good price. My only issue was the grease seal didn't fit my boat trailer axle/hub. The ID of the included grease seal is 1.25" and it needed to be 1.375 ID (SFK 13557), so I had to go out an purchase those locally.

Fit perfect I did not use the bearing end caps. I installed bearing buddies. Maybe they could make this an option. But they seem to be good quality and I had no trouble installing they and cheaper than going to local parts store plus it delivered right to your door

A bearing without markings generally means it didn't pass quality control at the factory. No way I would use it in my trailer.

Well after confirming the part number in depth..order arrived as expected. Checked order all looked fine until the installation..Bearings were correct however inner seal didn't fit on the axel as rubber seal and was waaaayy to small..unbelievable as this is the most important part.had to go to local autoparts store to Replace..
