Honestly do these really work? No paid or fake responders please.

Not a fake person, not paid. 37 years of chronic stones, over 3500 over the years, many procedures to remove stones that just don't come out. Have tried everything over the years, that my doctors put me on. 9/2019, CT showed 10 stones in each kidney and two surgeries were scheduled. Covid hit, and my surgeries were considered "elective" and were cancelled. I bought Stone Breaker and started taking it twice a day, 2-3 capsules each time. Just had a CT done as was feeling pain and passing visible blood. Only THREE stones remain. One 2mm is currently working it's way down my right ureter, and each kidney has one 5mm stone sitting there. As the pain I'm currently feeling is tolerable, I told urologist I'm holding off on her recommended procedures and have increased how much Stone Breaker I'm taking, to 8 capsules a day, which my dr approved, said it can't harm me. I'm convinced this stuff works and once my kidneys are completely stone free, plan on taking it daily as a preventive.

Is this made in china? if not where? it would be very helpful if the seller answers. thank you.
