Satin Ice Chocopan Modeling Chocolate 1Lb Pail-Bright White

Incredibly easy to use, does not harden stiff so it makes the design easy to rework days later, and taste great! I have made my own in the past and it was fine but found that Satin Ice is much better. Very bright white! I have yet to use liquid or gel color with it but the dry powder did well.

I'm a first timer using this stuff. My goal was to create custom, edible toppers for baby shower cupcakes. I have to say, this stuff is SO easy to use. I wish all craft mediums were so user friendly. I was also surprised by how good it tastes. I thought it would either be overly sweet, or weird tasting, but it was the perfect little yummy cake topper.

I recently used the Satin Ice ChocoPan Bright White Modeling Chocolate, and it was fantastic. The texture is smooth and pliable, making it easy to work with for detailed decorations and sculpting. It’s very functional with the variety of decoration that can be made with it. The bright white color is perfect for creating a clean, professional look on cakes and other desserts. As a cottage baker, I LOVE this chocolate for making cake toppers and other figures ! Remains malleable if properly sealed after opening which is a MUST ! Have bought in the past and will continue to buy in the future :)
