Immediately proved it's usefulness when stripping finish off decorative moldings. The blades have remained sharp much longer than I expected. My shipment included a split ring lock washer to prevent the cap nut from loosening according to previous reviews/complaints. I could have used a greater variety of blade profiles myself. I think it's pricey, but that could be owing to it being a more highly-specialized, niche tool. I'm not at all dissatisfied with it.

Good scrappers for hard to get to places and odd shapes. I have an 125 year old house, with nice woodwork under layers of decades of bad painting jobs and mechanical neglect. Take for example, old time wooden entryway doors. Nice old doors but requires removing old paint to bare wood. The work to remove pain on flat surfaces goes pretty fast using expensive carbide scrappers. The time consuming part is getting paint removed from recessed and contour surfaces. These scrappers do the job. The scraping material is steel, no carbide, so the edgess of these scrappers require sharpening frequently to be effective, using a small Mill file and medium grit and fine grit oil stone. Great scrappers.

Good quality, sturdy. Perfect for getting into grooves and tight corners. It comes with three different blades, perfect for many projects. I would highly recommend.

These work great. I've had other sets like this, but lost them. I used these and a heat gun to strip the paint off of 4 columns that had 100 years of paint on them. They work great
