The media could not be loaded.  (Apologies for my voice in the video, I'm currently smothered with a cold) What a nightmare, the strap is lovely, albeit a little on the heavy side, but I thought that might be the case as I have one for my one in silver from a different seller on Amazon. The links on this strap are proving impossible to remove, I've tried my other link remover and it's broken it trying to remove the pins.I had to put a piece of cardboard under the strap on the device as it wasn't working properly before (as in it wasn't at the right height) if the next pin pusher breaks, I have no way of removing the links which is going to be really annoying. My son can't wear the silicone straps and neither can I as they irritate our skin.I'm going to try again with the last one and see does it bend and snap again. Also, it's very different to turn the screw part and you'd probably need to wear gloves to get the grip.UPDATESo, I broke both devices for removing the links. Luckily, I have a creative mind and used a largish sewing needle and a small hammer to get the pins out. However, from the instructions given with the strap, it's like the diagram was backwards. The part where the little arrows are, it says to have them facing the device pin to push them out, where actually it's the wrong way and it's why all the heads to push out thes pins broke, because it was the wrong way.

Strap came with de-linking tool and spare link and extraction/insertion pins. Instruction could be better, I have an engineering background so was relatively simple. I would emphasise correct alignment of extraction/insertion tool as the pin can easily be bent or broken (spares provided in kit). You need dexterity to perform strap adjustment, good lighting, safe space if you lose components, ie, on a bed sheet or towel on a table.

I love the tool that came with the strap, I have really small wrists so being able to remove the links was a pleasant surprise minus a trip to the jeweller's.Doesn't pinch or catch arm hair. Pretty secure and my watch seems more accurate since I've been using this strap.Only small let down being it occasionally stains my arm so not sure about the stainless steel aspect

I'm pretty sad I wasted my money to be honest.In order to remove the links you are given a very wobbly cheap clamp to hold the strap, with pins to force into the sides which release the links you don't require.The clamp is cheap and the whole process is fiddly and awkward. The pins have scratched the paint from the links and one of the pins became bent and lodged in the strap making the whole thing unusable.Can't say whether the strap is comfy, I never got the opportunity to use it.Would rate lower if I could.

Picture shows it as matching and rose gold but it doesn't match. It is pink matt finish. Was going to return but needed a new strap so have kept it. Please see photo

Fits my Samsung Active Watch 2 perfectly. Super easy to have it fix. Didnt need any help from the husband. Straight forward.

Great quality. But I'd have preferred a glossy finish. For a more Premium Feel and look.

Love the look of the watch but disappointed by the performance battery doesn't last a whole day,I previously have had fitbit and the battery lasts all weekAlso unless I've not worked things out yet like the fact with fit bit you get a breifing on your phone for your sleep/exercises but not found out to do this with samsung even though I have a Samsung phone so in short the Fitbit are easier to set up and the batteries are far superior so can see myself going back to fitbit😔Going walking today so will see performance on mapping walk
