Five Star PBW Tablets - 10 g(1 Tablet Per 1 Gallon of Water) 12ct - Growler, Carboy, Keg Cleaner

I used this on a couple of thermos jugs that I had previously tried to clean with soap and scrubbing. After one soaking with the tablet in hot water, the first thermos cleaned up like new. The second thermos cleaned up a lot after one tablet but not completely, so I did a second tablet treatment. The result was amazing. What had been a black coating of residue prior to the cleaning came out shining like new. Chunks of the caked on residue fell out during the rinse. This stuff is great!

I wish I would have taken before & after pictures! This product is amazing! I used it on an old original Stanley Thermos that is 50 years old & the inside looks like it is brand new now. Incredible! I tried everything over the years to clean this thermos, but nothing worked. I love using it cause it will keep my coffee hot literally all day while outside. It had gotten to the point that is was getting a musty smell no matter how much I tried cleaning it. I heated water on the stove, dropped in 2 PWB tablets, poured in the water, let it sit for 1 hr. & could not believe the gunk that poured out of my thermos. I also had a Yeti coffee mug that after years of use was just permanently black inside no matter what I tried. I dropped in 1 tablet, poured in the heated water, let it sit for an hr with the lid on & it literally looks like I just purchased the mug! Again, wish I would have taken pictures for comparison.

It's a little slow to dissolve but it gets the job done.

Fun fact: I have no idea what these are meant for and what they’re supposed to do. What I do know now is that they work great in a washing machine to get rid of a bio-funk stank in my rental apartment.I saw “drum cleaning” and ran with it. This was like the 10th product I had tried on top of bleach, vinegar, etc.. in prior attempts to get rid of the stank funk my machine would create when run.I put it in, stopped the cycle when it was full and agitated, let it sit 4 hours, finished the cycle, and then ran an empty cycle to make sure everything was rinsed.It dramatically reduced the funky stank. No other product made any such noticeable improvement.

Fill your vessel with hot water, add one tablet per 32oz, let sit for half an hour, and then rinse with hot water and you have sanitized equipment. These tablets might not be too cost effective, but they're quite convenient.

Follow the directions are it works perfect. It made my old and neglected Stanley vacuum thermos look like new inside

Brought some water to barely boiling, poured in thermos then added tablet. Let it sit overnight. Two thermos after dumping the remaining liquid out were already perfectly clean. Third still showed some stains disappointingly but with very light application of a brush it quickly came out as clean as the first two.
