Will the mic pickup noise from the motor or arm movement if attached to the dji om3 gimbal?

The mic is sensitive to all noise in close proximity. Overall, it’s not an amazing mic but built more for vlogging. I hope this was helpful.

I'd like to purchase a hard case for this mic, any recommendations?

I'd recommend an HPRC case: they're very well built watertight and crush resistant cases comparable to Pelican cases but significantly cheaper in price. The MKE 600 is about 10" in length so You'd need at least the HPRC 2300 which has an interior width of 12". http://www.amazon.com/HPRC-2300F-Hard-Cubed-Black/dp/B004B8VLS2/ref=pd_sim_sbs_421_1?ie=UTF8&refRID=05B35GHGSTH9H59KBPJ5Another option would be the Seahorse SE-520F: http://www.amazon.com/Seahorse-SE-520F-Protective-Case-With/dp/B001A1PTCC/ref=pd_sim_200_1?ie=UTF8&refRID=1W4QR2HG9EGDJ1VVK9X5I own a few HPRC cases and I'm very pleased with them. Have not owned any Seahorse cases yet, but reviews seem to be overwhelmingly positive. Both are very similar in price. (note: both brands have different color options, but with HPRC the price can vary significantly between color choices on Amazon. For example: currently the Black HPRC 2300 on Amazon is $83.90, while the Yellow and Blue models are priced at $69.90, and the Red model is $64.95)

does this come with a bracket and hot-shoe mount to put on my cameras?

The Senn MKE 600 does not come with a "bracket" however, it does include a shock mount that can slide into and tighten upon and within a cold shoe mount. The shock mount is low profile. Some cam ops really like it, others say it's a little flimsy. It wouldn't be a bad idea to additionally get a mount from KTek

Will it fit into the C100's mic mount?

No I use these rubber rings from lowes I bought on my c100 mic combo.
