I love this machine- I spent the past year or so experimenting with different RF devices and also in salon- done morpheus, forma, thermage-- so I know a thing or two about these. I used to have a tripolar RF device to use at home and although I loved it, it broke so that's why I bought the mlay. the tripolar had an immediate nip in effect- if I used it two session the same day, my belly would be flat. over a long period of time I saw some minor improvements in skin quality but I still had some laxity and crepey-ness on the top layer. but I loved how it looked after I used it immediately and the next day it was even better.initially I was worried with the mlay because it is bipolar, and when I first used it I saw no tightening effect at all. the next day it did look better and I think that it is due to the bipolar effect which is targeted more towards the top layer of skin while the tripolar is more for the lower layers and fat. I think this machine is strong- just a little less than in salon devices - and what this one does is it initially destroys collagen so your skin might look a little saggier the first day after use, but after a day it will start to tighten and tone.so I think that bipolar is actually better for people who just want to address the top layers of skin but I bet that using this on level 3 will also burn fat because it is quite strong!I like also that this machine you have to plug in instead of charge, that's what damaged my last device and it never had enough battery life for all the areas I wanted to use it for. I just wish that this device had places to store the heads in the machine itself, would make it way better!

I’m currently 5 months postpartum and started using this RF machine on my abdomen and face, 3 times a week. After just one month, I noticed visible results—my skin looks firmer, tighter, and more radiant.I especially saw improvement in my postpartum belly area, where I had loose skin. Of course, I’ve also been eating clean and staying hydrated, but this machine made a big difference.I 100% recommend it to any woman going through postpartum recovery or anyone wanting to improve their skin’s firmness and texture from home. Totally worth it!

This review is written in regard to the MLAY RF01 DEVICE: It is defective!!!! It doesn’t work! Doesn’t produce any heat nor any other sign of it being operable - in other words IT is defective!!!! I can see the indicator light when turned on and hear the internal fan, but nothing more!!!!! Amazon has refused to do anything about it due to the fact that I waited to long to report the problem! I wasn’t able to open or try the device until sometime afterwards. The seller no longer offers this device! I attempted to contact them regarding the fact that it is defective without any response at all!!! My next step is to try to reach the manufacturer regarding the warranty!!! It is New and has never been used!!!

Since first purchasing this unit I’ve used it 21 times (3 days apart per session) on my face.I can report the following:1 - the small lines around my mouth are gone2 - the marionette lines from my nose to my chin are much reduced3 - the sagging skin under my chin and neck is significantly tighter4 - the deep vertical lines between my eyebrows MAY be softened a bit, but not to a degree that shows obvious improvementI plan to use it just a few more times & then give my face some down time to do it’s own thing.A few tips:— use a generous amount of ultrasonic gel. If it starts to thicken on your face, wipe it off and apply new gel— make sure your skin feels the heat. It shouldn’t hurt, but if you don’t feel the heat, either the setting is too low, you don’t have enough gel on your skin, you’re moving the device too quickly across your skin, or, the unit is defective— your skin will look worse after application than it did before. That lasts for me at least a day. So give your skin recovery time before you plan to show your face! It’s not dreadful, but, for example, saggy skin will look saggier at first. Then a day or so later it will look much better.— moisturize! Moisturize with your favorite products after every treatment. And moisturize again before bed. If you have a light moisturizer for day time, do that in the morning. Moisturize after a shower. In other words MOISTURIZE!— I had some reliability issues with the first unit. It died after 7 uses. It was returned for a replacement which so far has worked for the 14 uses since then.— this machine does things that injectable fillers do not. It tightens the skin and reduces fine lines. I love fillers in my cheeks and lips but it’s been over 18 months since I’ve had them. If you already have fillers, check to see that the RF won’t degrade them under your skin. I plan to get fillers again and I think the combo after more RF will be fantastic.— btw I am in my 60s, Mediterranean skin, love to tan (and never burn), don’t have many wrinkles to begin with, but do have skin laxity.
