Easily add extra weight capacity
I installed these on my 2004 Tacoma. I use the truck for work and have 500 lb of tools in the back plus a contractor topper. Install is relatively easy. My old U Bolts were pretty rough so even with a liberal dousing of penetrating oil and an ultra torque cordless impact the nuts took some time and came off smoking. Keep that in mind. There’s a highway under construction near me with a bump that would make me hit the bump stops sometimes. That’s not happening anymore. Truck does look like it’s 1970 and a guy with a Camaro and a JC Whitney catalog owns it even with the tools loaded in there. They might settle a little. Truck rides great now!

Decent! Better than lift blocks
Good little kit, I had 4" lift blocks that gave the pickup a rake, now the pickup it totally level and looks nicer. Shocks aren't stretched out nor is the brake line. my only recommendation is to clean the underside of your pickup before you start.

Great kit, great value.
Had these on my 2011 Tacoma and never had any trouble. Added the height I needed for offroad travel and the stiffness for towing my 17’ boat. Liked them enough I bought these and installed them on my “new to me” 2020 Tacoma. You can spend more money on other brands but don’t need to as these are high quality and well performing.

Good AAL for a Tacoma
I recently installed the TRD OEM lift kit, but did not want to use the 1" rear lift blocks that they provided. I wanted 2" lift in the back so I opted for, and chose this Torch AAL kit. It was easy to install, although I mis-measured one of the leaf pin bolts and cut it too short; but at least Torch gives you a second set of slightly smaller in diameter leaf pins. I used one of those with a washer at the top, so it allowed me to complete the AAL installation. I may replace it in the future, though it's working for me at this time. The U-Bolts; once stretched and re-torques, will provide all the clamping force necessary for the leaf springs.I easily gained the 2" height increase on my 2018 Tacoma Off Road's rear with no other issues. Make sure you have robust C-clamps for compressing your OEM leaf pack after adding this additional leaf from Torch. I bent two of the 8" Harbor Freight C-clamps, but exchanged them for two new ones. I'll bend those again I'm sure but Harbor Freight guarantees them for life :-)

Please be aware of potential additional costs if you install the Torch Add-A-Leaf Kit on a Tacoma
*Potential Vibration IssuesWhen installing the Torch Add-A-Leaf kit on your Toyota Tacoma, please be aware that additional work may be necessary to address potential vibration concerns. The addition of a lift leaf can sometimes introduce unwanted vibrations into the vehicle's suspension and drivetrain. To properly resolve these issues, the following steps may be required:Replace Lower Control Arm BushingsThe lower control arm bushings may need to be replaced. This is a complex job that requires specialized tools, including a 20-ton press, a press/pull sleeve kit, and various sockets and wrenches. Pressing out the old bushings and installing new ones is a critical step to eliminate vibrations.Inspect Drivetrain ComponentsThe driveshaft, axle shafts, and other drivetrain components should be thoroughly inspected for any physical damage or balance issues. If the vibration stops when the vehicle is in neutral, this indicates a problem within the drivetrain that will need to be diagnosed and repaired.Check Steering and Braking SystemsThe steering components, including ball joints, should be inspected if the vibration occurs when turning the wheels. Additionally, the brakes should be checked for any issues, such as brake grab, if the vibration is present during braking. Please note that the complexity of these additional remedies are very common to the Toyota Tacoma and necessary repairs or replacements that cost a lot more may be required to address vibration concerns after the installation of the lift kit.I recommend consulting a qualified automotive technician *before installation to ensure the proper diagnosis and resolution of any vibration issues that may arise from the installation of the Torch Add-A-Leaf kit on your Toyota Tacoma.*A front end alignment will be necessary after install

Perfect!
Awesome!Just what I needed for my dcsb gen 2 Tacoma.About a 2-3” lift. It’s been about 3 weeks and it hasn’t really come down.Rides better than stock.Doesn’t really come down even when loaded. Kept the factory recall-leaf pack. From empty to, mat/hard cover/box, to 20 bags of mulch. No sag, noise, etc. Rides amazing.Barely dropped when I had a 700 # sled in the bed.Look like pics. Great finish, no noise, wider than others( like factory leafs)

Does exactly what was needed
Added roughly 2-2.5 inches to my rear end height. Gave my leaf springs the bow that they originally had
