Shampoo is great. Bottle leakage is the problem
The first time I received my shampoo the bottle had leaked badly all over the box and everything in it. I returned it and received a replacement today. It too had leaked just not as badly as the first one. I love the shampoo-the bottle is the problem. I worry about tampering and if it’s safe to use this shampoo. The cap was not screwed down tight.

Yes my hair feels thicker!
So happy that I discovered this shampoo a few years ago. Rusk Thickening is my go to shampoo now. Every once in awhile I will wonder if Rusk is doing it's job. I try another shampoo only to have my hair fall thin and flat. Rusk coats each strand of hair and if you have thin hair like I do I need all of the thickening I can get. Rusk it is.

Issue with my last bottle of ThickR Shampoo
I have used this shampoo for years. I usually order a new bottle before I need it. When I recently started using this new bottle, it poured out of the bottle like water. It isn’t think like it normally is. It doesn’t get ‘sudsy’ in my hair. It’s simply not the same consistency of the product that I’ve used for years. Are you doing something different with this product. Or, did I receive a bad bottle? Thank you. I’ve always given this a 5 star rating until now. Bill Blackston

Du volume, beaucoup de volume.
Rien a dire de ce shampoing qui donne beaucoup de volume, même 2 jours plus tard...maintenant, je mets 2 étoiles car mis à part donner du volume je ne suis pas très satisfaite, ça fait un effet casque. Il rend les cheveux secs, de plus, je fais des soins aux huiles (huile de ricin et coco) et c'est le seul shampoing qui me rend les cheveux gras après le lavage. Je suis déçue de ce produit.
