Some reviews say the razor breaks easily when dropped. Is it not sturdy?

The reinforced razor head resists accidental drops, while the upgraded stainless steel ensures lasting durability. For any issues, our team is always ready to assist.

Is this razor suitable for sensitive areas like the bikini line?

Yes, many users find it reduces ingrown hairs compared to multi-blade razors. For sensitive areas like the bikini line, use shaving cream, keep skin taut, and shave slowly in small sections. Be extra cautious the first time.

Why does it feel like the razor doesn't shave closely, requiring multiple passes over the same area?

If you feel it's not shaving closely, please check the following 1. If the blade is installed correctly 2. If the blade is dull and needs replacing 3. If your shaving angle is correct

How do I avoid cutting myself while shaving?

Shave safely using light pressure, move slowly, and follow the direction of hair growth. Take extra care around bony areas for a smooth, irritation-free shave.

Can I use any double-edge blades with the Zomchi razor?

Absolutely. Zomchi razor works well with any standard double-edge safety razor blades and it comes with 5 blades to get you started. Your Zomchi razor is designed for long-lasting performance, and we’re here to assist with any problems for 5 years.
