This Works!
I’m pleasantly surprised that these work for me for sleeping. Tried these twice, 2 pills at night. Kept through the night; kept me from waking up at 2am or 3am. Without grogginess. Best non prescription sleep aide I’ve tried - And I’ve tried many.

Works great
If I cant sleep, I take this & it calms my nerves, putting me to sleep in less than a half hour usually.

Worked fairly well the first night
Two tablets the first night seem to have gotten me to sleep. Still workup at 2:00 A.M. as is the case most of the time these days, but at least I got 5 hours of sleep, and did feel relaxed when I woke, even if it was too soon. As for whether these are worth the price point, ehhh, I think they are a bit overpriced, especially since you need to take 2-3 a night, and possibly some during the day. For such a small amount of pills, at that rate you are going to be buying these things all the time.

Helps when I can’t sleep
I’ve been using this product for years when I’m having trouble sleeping. It takes a little while to work but it works pretty well for me. I love that it doesn’t make me drowsy in the morning.

Helpful in times of stress
These have been helpful for moments of stress and anxiety. I like that I don't get drowsy from them.

Did not work for me!
I bought this product hoping it would help me stay asleep. My problem is not falling asleep, but staying asleep. I wake up around 4 or 5 am and I have problems going back to sleep. I friend recommend this product to me. They say their Doctor suggested them to her. So, I got them. At first I tried the 2 tables before I went to bed. Its did not help. It did not help with my sleep. It felt like I did not even take them. I tried 2 pills for 3 nights and nothing. So I try 5 pills (I'm a big guy), I thought maybe its not effect of a dose. Nothing, no different. Just like I took no pills at all. I tried 5 pills for 3 nights. I hope this works for you. But, I did not help me. Good luck on finding something that help you sleep.

Did not work for me
Wanted to try a non-melatonin sleep aid. Tried this 2 nights in a row. Helped to go to sleep. But 1/2 hour later I woke up feeling satisfied and thinking it was morning, I was a bit pissed when I looked at the clock. After that sleep was frequently interrupted by over active mind type stuff. I tossed the pills.
