Great Switch for 4-Way Setup
For years I avoided installing Z-wave automation in 4-way switches because some options required replacing all 3 switches. Having bad luck with Z-wave switches failing I didn't bother going that route but I figured I'd give this a try given the price. Installation was easier than expected. The wiring diagrams were clear and easy to understand, even if you're not an electrician. Pairing with my Abode hub went smoothly, unlike many other 3rd party Z-wave devices, and was connected in seconds. Overall, great product. Hopefully it is reliable and doesn't fail quickly like many other Z-wave smart switches I've used (I will update this review if it does in fact fail).

Great for 3 and 4 way installations
Can't comment on longevity as just installed. Used to replace a failed GE switch. Bought a second one to test how it works in a 4 way setup. Instructions for 4 way setup were great. Works well and no need for an "add on" switch. Connection to SmartThings was easy. Hopefully they last longer than the GE z wave switches that have typically failed after 2 years or so.

Seem to be the current leader in ZWave switch value
I hadn't added any ZWave switches in years, but recently had occasion to. My previous pick was 1) not readily available anymore, and 2) didn't have obvious Edge drivers for SmartThings. These guys have an official driver channel that makes it extremely straightforward to use them with SmartThings after this recent transition away from the old Groovy standard (that ran on Samsung's servers). I presume they'd work great with just about any ZWave hub, but I can add my voice to all the other ones online singing the praises of how painless and effective they are with SmartThings. Having seamless multi-tap and state reporting, at such an affordable price point, without any hassle whatsoever, is just great. They're reasonably small, they're well-labeled, they come with a little splice wire to attach the neutral -- what's not to like? They don't have much in the way of bells and whistles like bars of colorful lights or anything on them. If you don't care about any particular aesthetic touch like that, I'd say you can't go wrong with these delightful workhorses.

Great product with amazing technical support
This is my 4th Zooz device install and easily the most complicated. When I removed the faceplate that contained 3 switches I was a bit confused. I contacted their support and they mapped out EXACTLY what I needed to do to get this wired up. Following their detailed directions were easy and I was super pleased with how it went. The fact that you only need to wire one side of a 3 way switch is super nice. Came right up on my zwave hub and have had no issues. Tech support was quick, and detailed! Highly recommend.

On Off didn't work!
So I have found it best to test home products before you go through the effort of installing in your house. This device did not pass. When i tested it on LED lights the light was ON and DIMM with the load terminal, this is wrong. In the below video the load terminal is on the right meter, traveler on the left meter. The traveler is the only terminal that actually turned off. traveler is used in a 3-way setup, basically this switch SHOULD toggle the power between the 2 terminals, and the far switch (3-way) should toggle that between 2 terminals to the output to load. I don't know if this switch is defective or not (im returning it). If it was a stand alone switch based on the testing the preferred load side would actually be the travel to actually get On Off not On Dim. If in a 3-way setup based on the position of the 2 switches you would get On Off On Dim.

Novice DIYer with a cool automated front porch light
I'm a fairly technical person, but in the computer sense, not in the home DIY sense. I watched a couple of videos and read the instructions and then turned off the breaker and unscrewed the existing light switch plate and pulled out the switch. I have installed a light switch before, but not one that had a neutral wire or was 3-way capable. The wires weren't labeled and the switch itself that was in there had no markings for Load or Line, and there was no neutral wire. This was a bit confusing, but after consulting an AI about whether getting the Line and Load reversed was going to cause major issues, I proceeded. If this was a 3-way switch setup I would have been more concerned, but I only needed to control a single light with this single switch. I don't have a voltage tester, but if it was a 3-way setup I definitely would have stopped at this point and gone and bought one. I bought the wrong switch really as this was not a 3-way setup but this switch can work for the simplest case as well so I kept it. It only took 15 minutes to hook up the new switch and test functionality. I was somewhat confident I got the Load and Line correct and the Neutral wire was easy to add to the existing neutral wire-bundle in the adjacent lightswitch that is actually a 3-way switch and had a neutral wire setup. The switch worked. The rocker on/off took a second to get used to as its not like regular on/off switches that actually "throw" on or off. Its a soft switch so the rocker returns to the middle rest position. Putting the wires back into the little box was probably the hardest part. I opened my security app and very easily added the switch to my setup. Just had to click the switch ON three times to get my Z-wave router to recognize the switch. My porch light now comes on every evening and turns off every morning automatically. In all it was easier than I thought it would be.

Good price, they work
These devices offer a great price and are easy to set up with Hubitat. Iโve been using them for several years without any significant issues. They respond quickly, and thereโs no need to re-pair them frequently with Hubitat.

Easy Setup. Just works.
A more affordable option that seems to work just as well as more expensive options from other more well-known brands. As an added bonus, it doesn't require special add-on switches for 3+-way configurations. Mine have been installed for 8+ months now with no issues.

Another great one from Zooz
Those guys know their stuff... almost all of my z-wave stuff is from them and it will continue to be my go to company. It works all the time.

Best customer service
I got this switch with the intention of installing it in a 4-way configuration. I have little to no electrical experience other than installing other Zooz switches in single pole spots. Their customer service team was amazing. Answered emails very quickly, explained things so I could understand them, and followed up when I forgot to respond. I have more than 15 Zooz products and they're all great, but their support team is the best I've ever had to deal with.

Love 'em
I use switches from a bunch of vendors from Zooz ones are definitely my favorites. The ability to use the multi taps is great for automations.

Good switches
Easy to set up. Works just like other Z-wave switches from more known brands. Only minor issue is that the plastic on the switches don't quite match. Same switch make/model, from same order. I don't care much but I know people who would.
