Are these parts dishwasher safe?

NO THEY ARE NOT!! The clear plastic bowl will warp in the dishwasher, the rest of the pieces have gone through the dishwasher fine.

Why was there a fabric glove in my kit? Received this item as a gift and when I opened it, I found it inside.

From working in restaurants, it's mandatory to wear special fabric gloves to prevent someone slicing or dicing their fingers/ hands on the blades. I assume that's the case here.

The quality of this cutter feels very poor, and the price is very cheap, please ask if there is a better style?
