At first they sent out a bag of rocks, but to be fair on warehouse staff the bag did say 20mm to 40mm on the sticker on bagthat says what's in it , now I wanted 4 bags of stones, And then they wanted me with a heart condition to take them to a post office, I told them no, it was their mistake so they should pick them up after so.e emails I got someone out to collect the stones so all is good now, the stones that came were good quality and the appearance and size were correct the colour of the stones was as shown in Amazon's pictures as you can see from the pictures, these stones were magnificent it took me two years to save for these stones, I really could have done with one more bag to complete the whole project, value for money and the service after initial problem , device was ideal, if you're buying stones there is no better place to buy the stones from.

I bought these to cover plants inside which my cats would otherwise use as litter trays. They work fine and look good, but only three stars because I don't think these are naturally white - they are coated in some sort of powdery paint stuff which rinses off when you water the plants.
