Finally, my frozen potatoes stay white. Great stuff.
Works great to keep cut potatoes from browning/blackening when freezing or dehydrating.

My Cats Don't Like It
I bought this because I like to prepare my cats' food from fresh ingredients. Unfortunately, they don't like either cooked or raw chicken unless it is boneless, skinless breast meat. I read that SAPP is "crack for cats" and is what commercial cat food sellers add to the ingredients that cats normally would not have anything to do with -- that includes anything that is not meat. Cats are carnivores. I thought that maybe seasoning the food that I prepared with SAPP, even though it was all-meat to begin with, might entice them to eat it. It didn't. Maybe there is something in the preparation that I missed, but for me, this was a waste of time and money. I don't necessarily blame the purveyors. It is probably perfectly good SAPP. But, if you are buying it to encourage your cats to eat something by seasoning it with SAPP, you may be disappointed.
