After struggling with a regular corded electric heating pad to use on my neck at night -- folding it in half and trying to keep the cord out of my way, I searched for something better.I am very happy with this Akaso heating pad/scarf. It is made with soft, comfortable material, perfectly sized for my neck. Also there is a 'slot' of material on the back (see picture) to pull the back end through. This holds the pad on your neck effectively but gently so there is no chance of it becoming too tight around your neck, nor falling off.The power bank seems to be good quality, yet small and light enough to not be burdensome. I can use the pad about four times before having to recharge it. It is easy to charge and takes about 3 1/2 hours to charge from depleted.I like the three heat settings and the ease of changing them (High - red, Medium - white, Low - blue). The heating area is a generous section of the scarf at the back of your neck.I searched far and wide for a cordless heating pad for the neck area only, that was affordable, but quality. This is it. Living in south Texas, the climate doesn't warrant winter clothing, but I can easily see this pad being used outdoors as a neck scarf/warmer in the colder winters.Akaso customer service reached out to me after my purchase to ensure I had received the product and was satisfied with it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I thought I would have an issue because I do not like things around my neck (turtlenecks, scarves, etc) but it is comfortable and light weight. It is small and can fold up. I wish it came with a pouch to carry it around in or at least the company offer one to buy. I wound up buying a zipper pouch separately and that worked out fine. A co-worker recommended this to me and I could not have been happier with it.

I loved this scarf when I first bought it. It was great and provided comfort for my herniated neck disc's and disc degenerative disease. I wore it almost every day. That lasted for 8 months and then I began having issues. I had purchased separate different manufacturer batteries as the battery died. It began blinking through the light cycles when I turned it on, but it wouldn't turn on. Unpluging the battery and plugging it back in would eliminate that and it would work; however, that is what I had to do daily to get it to work. The scarf itself died and I did have it replaced under warranty. Same situation...a few months go by and the same issues happen. I have gone through 2 blue ones and 1 gray one. The gray is much softer than the blue. I am on my 4 scarf in less than 2 years. I do not use it as frequently anymore. Its just made very poorly and it's such a shame as it was so helpful for my neck. It's too bad it doesn't have longevity in operation.

It's a like / hate thing for meIt's very soft and heats up rather quickly.Honestly I'm probably going to return this.I wish it were weighted on both sides to prevent it from slipping to one side all the time. The battery pack causes it to slideIt also pretty much only heats on one side so you can't conceal the lighted power button while out and about with it.I get frustrated having to keep rearranging it from sliding off due to uneven weight.If you're a patient person - you'll probably like it more than I do. I would say for the price, it's an ok product.... It's just not for me.

It's good. It gets warm and feels good but dies quickly and takes a long time to charge. However, I use the battery inside as a backup for my phones so it's pretty nice.

When this product first comes to the market, I receive a test item. I have used it for coupke of years now. It is still good as the first day. Now, I am confident to buy two more scarves from Akaso. The new version of battery is smaller and lighter than my test item. The test item has been with me travelling to many cold places. Akaso seller is a good customer service as well.

I love it no cords no heating in the microwave and it gets hot enough I have it on medium, white light and it helps so much! And so comfortable and light weight! Great product

This is wonderful. It comes with a heavy duty electric pack which does have to be charged often and long, so I suggest if you need this a lot, get two elements, however, it works on the neck like nothing else I've ever tried. my muscle spasms are legendary... can last up to 3 months due to an auto immune disorder. I can't live with out this.
