Easy to install, doesn't make noise. We have 4 of these installed in our basement for the kids playroom for swings and disc's. These hold weight well, have not warped or bent despite the whole family hanging from one.

Installed these on a wooden beam for a saucer swing and they feel rock solid. Hardware included for both wood and concrete, which saved a trip to the store. Smooth rotation, no squeaking, and they’ve handled daily use without loosening. Installation was straightforward with pre-drilled holes. Great value for the weight rating.

So I bought this to mount a "Wicker Teardrop Hanging Chair" from our porch. Had originally mounted the chair to a heavy-duty eye-screw, but (quite surprisingly to me, even though we've have lots of kids) the kids managed to sit and spin counter-clockwise, for extended periods of time, unscrewing the 8" lag screw (!) from the joist and landing the whole rig on the floor. Repeatedly. Makes me highly suspicious of the current public school system, frankly, but that's another story. Installed using all 4 lag screws provided, this thing is the bomb. Glides/spins effortlessly, kids (grandkids, really) can spin in any direction, for as long as they want, until they retch. Totally solved the problem - this thing appears to be solid, and has been holding up to near-constant use for over a year now. Chair claims 300lb rating, chain claims 800lbs, this thing claims 900lbs - more than enough for me to feel comfortable that it's not going to disintegrate. Obviously you'll need to mount it to a structural support (ceiling joist, etc) and pre-drill holes to set the lag screws. it's almost exactly the width of standard 2x lumber, so you'll just be setting 4 lag screws in a line along the same joist/board.

This things are amazing!!!!! Get attached very well, they move in many directions, quality looks amazing. That are heavy, but since has 4 screws i don’t this that is a problem. Great value for money, fit and safety.

UPDATE: The bearing has started squeaking a lot. I've researched a few options for alleviating that and silicone spray seems to be the most recommended method. It's kind of frustrating that I need to go buy something that's going to cost almost as much as this bracket did in order to solve an issue that the bracket is supposedly designed to prevent. For that reason, I knocked one star off of my original rating of five stars. This thing is HEAVY DUTY! It is constructed of sturdy metal and well put-together. The swinging action is smooth and the spinning of the bearings is completely silent. The bracket screwed securely into a ceiling joist and held up with no problem when we tested it with a 150-pound adult. I did switch out the carabiner that came with it for two more heavy-duty ones, but other than that, I have zero concern about my grandson's safety in his sensory swing with this installed. Don’t buy this. It was packed in a disintegrated box which probably got shredded to pieces during transit and all came in a paper bag on top which made it worse. Item came damaged when delivered. Definitely this swing anchor is not heavy duty and cannot take the what it’s rated for. This is complete garbage.
