I love it!!!!!!
The keys are flat and smooth and unlike other keyboard that have the light coming from UNDER THE KEYS, this keyboard had the KEY LETTERS LIGHT UP. This is helpful when you are trying to type in the dark. You can have the lights be steady on the color that you like or you can have the lights rotate color (that is my favorite positon). The other thing that I like is that the keyboard doesn't have a lip around the keys so dust can easily be cleaned out with a can of air because it is a smooth surface and keys on top, that is all, the grime deosn't get stuck there and you have to turn your keyboard over and bang it out, NONE OF THAT. Just air and a qtip if you need. A VERY SMART DESIGN! I will buy another for my home computer.

Bad Keyboard
waste of money the lights on the keyboard suck

Overpayed for this by about $20 (a $10 to $15 keyboard at best).
Requires proper hand posture (and perhaps small hands) to avoid mistakes. It's SUPER easy to hit the wrong keys especially when gaming (alt tab too frequently to count!) The keyboard is very sturdy but unusually small (hadn't realized it when I order it). I get bad hand cramps after a while which I've never had a problem with when it comes to normal sized keyboards. The printing on the keys cannot be seen unless a colored light shines through it. Really? Additionally, some of the symbols, numbers and letters are incompletely imprinted. The ones that are complete can't be seen without looking directly down at the keyboard; if you sit with it in front of you you're going to have trouble identifying some of them completely. The font is horrible not to mention some of the symbols are very odd looking making them hard to recognize in the first place. So 3 stars for sturdy construction and being a little less noisy then the Logitech keyboards I've used. If I hadn't just returned another fancy yet horrible keyboard I would have asked for a refund for this immediately. At least I don't think it will wear out any time soon.Edit: Just decided to drop it to 2 stars because there is no excuse for botched imprinting on the keys.

Strange enter key placement. Touch typists beware.
I've only had this keyboard 20 minutes, and already love the lights. Rather than gaming, I use my keyboard mainly for transcription. I like the mechanical feel, which is why I purchased the keyboard, but the one thing that kills it for me is the layout. It's partially my fault for not scrutinizing the photos, but guess I assumed most keyboards had the same setup, especially when it comes to the keys we use the most like the ENTER key! The enter key is one of the most important keys next to maybe the space bar, but it's location on this keyboard is strange. There is a backslash (\|) key where it normally is, and being a touch typist for probably 20+ years, I grown a little accustomed to simply hitting it with my right pinky effortlessly. Well, looks like it's time to retrain my fingers all over again, because it's quite a far reach (and I have rather large hands for a female). I'm not sure how this keyboard could be typed on comfortably by someone with small hands (unless they're used to hunt/peck typing). Accuracy is key in my job, and I'm finding myself having to go back and erase backslashes. My right pinky is searching around, straining to hit that enter key as I type, and it's just kind of annoying. I'm not sure why they did this on this keyboard, but I can't say I'm a fan.

It sure looks like a mechanical board with the keys being exposed
When I first opened the box. I noticed how heavy this keyboard felt. It has a metal back plate but the top is made out of plastic. In the description it does say it is mechanical "like" but there is really nothing mechanical about the way this board feels. It sure looks like a mechanical board with the keys being exposed. But this is a soft membrane board which isn't a bad thing. This is a great keyboard if someone is looking for a quiet board that doesn't click loudly. I have a Razer Blackwidow x Chroma and it is really loud when I type so typing on this thing was a nice change. Now on to the lighting. Like other boards I've gotten from China. This one has no directions on how to changes lights and the different functions. But if you have any experience you can figure out that it has something to do with the Funcntion key FN + SCR LOK. At lease the picture in the description here on Amazon does show the lighting key functions. The lights aren't very bright. For $36.99 US there are brighter boards out there. The only upside is that you have between 7 colors to chose from and a breathing function. So at least during the night hours you can enjoy it. One thing that I don't like is that there are you flip feet on the back of the keyboard, so the keyboard sits flatter on your desk. I prefer a slight angle myself. To conclude as I am typing this review on this keyboard, the feel is nice even though it's not a mechanical board. I wish there was a wrist rest and flip feet on the back to help my wrist out. I also wish the color was brighter and there were some sort of directions in the box. If you're looking for a budget keyboard this is not a bad decision. There are other ones out there that I feel are better and cheaper. I did receive this product to review for a discounted price.

Awesome keyboard!!
I might not use this keyboard for much gaming, but as a regular keyboard its awesome. I like the fact that the letters, numbers and symbols are individually lit and the background of the key is black so the lighted letters, etc. standout sharply, as opposed to the light being under the keys and reflect through the keys. I previously purchased a small wireless keyboard because of the lighting under the keys, but the lights under the keys kept going in and out while in use, and before you know it they were not lighting up anymore. I can't afford to keep up on batteries so thats a wrap. This keyboard is wired and it gets the power from the desktop so I won't have to worry about batteries. Amazingly, I can even use this keyboard without my computer glasses because the keys are so sharply lit and really stand out. I would almost want to say it is very "pretty".
