Q: Can this be used to apply vinyl graphics?

I think so. These are stiffer than the Bondo-branded tan-colored spreaders you find at auto stores, but I suspect they'd still be good at getting rid of bubbles in vinyl and smoothing things out.

Q: What are the dimensions of the spreaders?

They definitely aren’t 6 inches. More like 4.5 or so. It’s the most popular size of spreader. These are great for rough mud work. The edges just aren’t smooth enough for your final layer of glazing putty in my opinion. BUT they will definitely Get you by and are good to have around. I use them for rough mud work and use the more expensive ones for my final coats.
